Our governance
Our board of trustees leads the Association for Family and Systemic Psychotherapy (AFSP). They are ultimately responsible for setting our strategy and making key decisions. As we’re a charity, our board is responsible to the Charity Commission as well as to our members.
Our staff team, led by our chief executive officer, run our day-to-day operations.
Our committees also play a key role in how we function, advising the board on their areas of expertise and developing initiatives.
